Brian ten Brinke, Director
Brian is an accomplished professional with over 25 years of experience in governance, independent reviews, stakeholder management, and business improvement within both client organisations and management consulting. His extensive background enables him to navigate complex decision-making environments effectively, driving improved governance, process, strategy, and capability across a diverse array of organisations.
Among his notable achievements, Brian has conducted independent gateway reviews worth more than $7 billion in the energy and public land sectors. He has developed and implemented comprehensive frameworks, policies, and strategies that have significantly enhanced governance, efficiency, and performance for leading organisations, including TransGrid, AMPORTS, and various NSW Government agencies.
Brian has also led independent governance reviews for several departments, including Brisbane City Council, Sydney Metro, Sydney Water, and School Infrastructure NSW, fostering improvements in governance and operations. His project leadership experience includes overseeing large property and infrastructure projects for both private and public sectors, with notable contributions to Leighton Properties and the Barangaroo Delivery Authority.
As a stakeholder journey director, Brian excels in facilitating cross-functional and inter-organisational engagement, ensuring a cohesive approach to stakeholder management. He holds an MBA from Sydney University and possesses a certification in Portfolio, Program, and Project Offices (P3O) by Axelos. Moreover, Brian is well-networked for organisational problem solving and serves as deputy chair on the Property Council’s Precinct Governance Committee, further underscoring his commitment to enhancing industry governance and practice.
